As a Housekeeping Supervisor at TownePlace Suites Boston Logan Airport/Chelsea, you play a pivotal role in ensuring that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your leadership and organizational skills are key to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency within the housekeeping department. You will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping activities, conducting inspections, and managing reports to guarantee all areas of the hotel meet rigorous sanitation and safety standards. Acting as the team leader, you will motivate and guide room attendants and house attendants through hands-on training, clear communication, and positive leadership. Your role extends to managing safety and security protocols, including control of master keys, lost-and-found procedures, and access to sensitive areas.
