As a General Manager at Aimbridge, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our properties by overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. This full-time leadership position requires a strategic thinker and proactive leader who can effectively manage financial performance, implement sales strategies, and maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies. Your duties will include budgeting, cost control, team leadership, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders including owners, community leaders, and guests.

You will lead a talented team, inspire staff performance, and cultivate a motivating work environment that aligns with Aimbridge's commitment to quality and innovation. Your expertise in leveraging technology and reporting tools will streamline operations and contribute to informed decision-making that drives business results.

Working closely with the team, you will develop and implement sales plans to increase bookings and revenue while managing the operational budget with a keen eye on profitability. Your leadership will extend beyond internal operations as you represent the property to the community, build strong partnerships, and serve as the brand ambassador for Aimbridge's commitment to hospitality excellence. This position offers daily pay options after an initial waiting period, a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan.

At TownePlace Suites Boston Logan Airport/Chelsea, where this General Manager role is based, you will be part of a vibrant hotel located in Chelsea, Massachusetts. This property provides extended-stay guests with spacious suites featuring fully equipped kitchens, plush bedding, and large work desks. Convenient amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center, indoor pool, free breakfast buffet, and complimentary shuttle service to Logan Airport set this hotel apart. The location offers easy access to Boston's premier attractions including the Seaport District, Downtown Boston, and the Freedom Trail, making it a popular choice for business and leisure travelers alike.

Joining Aimbridge as a General Manager means stepping into a role where your leadership directly impacts the guest experience and operational success. If you possess the drive to lead a hospitality team, a passion for guest services, and a strategic mindset focused on financial and operational excellence, this opportunity is ideal for you to advance your career in hotel management. At Aimbridge, we value leadership, innovation, and a dedication to excellence, promising a rewarding career path with growth opportunities and comprehensive support.
