Integrity Towing Solutions is currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join their team as Private Property Impound Agents. This role is critical in enforcing parking regulations for private property, safely transporting vehicles, and maintaining positive interactions with both clients and law enforcement partners. This position offers paid on-the-job training at $20 per hour, and the opportunity to earn a competitive annual income ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 based on commission. Job Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to work nights/weekends
  • must be at least 23 years old
  • valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • ability to pass Motor Vehicle Report background check
  • strong communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • no suspension for any reason within the last 5 years
  • no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • no major violations such as reckless driving or DUI in the last 5 years
  • must have been licensed to drive for at least 3 years

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in towing, impound services, or related fields preferred
  • strong communication and negotiation skills
  • leadership experience a plus
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
