The Tournant Restaurant Manager position at Graton Resort & Casino is an integral leadership role designed to provide flexible and experienced management coverage across various dining rooms within the resort. Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in restaurant management preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
  • Ability to handle a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and all shifts
  • Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and culinary trends
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess or obtain California Food Handler Certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
