Job Description

The FIFA World Cup 26 is set to be the most expansive and innovative tournament in the history of this globally celebrated sport, featuring 48 teams for the first time and hosted collaboratively by three nations: Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Central to the success of this massive endeavor is the Tournament Operations team, which plays a vital role in ensuring that every match, event, and fan experience is delivered flawlessly across multiple venues and host cities.

FIFA World Cup 26's organizing body is seeking dedicated Tournament Operations Talent to join its workforce in Dallas on a fixed-term contract basis. This onsite role is crucial to facilitating venue readiness, managing match-day logistics, coordinating staff and volunteers, and overseeing operational workflows. The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring individuals who thrive in high-performance settings with a strong commitment to excellence. This Tournament Operations position involves supporting the day-to-day execution of the event by ensuring venues meet operational standards, enhancing crowd control and access management, and delivering outstanding guest and fan experiences. Duties will vary according to individual expertise and operational demands, with flexibility required to work variable hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and event days. The role demands physical stamina to stand, walk, and work onsite for extended periods, plus adaptability to manage fluctuating workloads in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
