Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, Fever is recognized for delivering award-winning entertainment experiences and is supported by leading global investors.
Fever is currently seeking a Touring Production Manager for a temporary full-time position running from June through December. This role involves leading the on-the-ground execution of a large-scale outdoor concert and drone show across multiple cities in North America. The Touring Production Manager is essential in ensuring each event delivers a consistent, safe, and remarkable experience to all attendees. This position requires overseeing the entire onsite production process from load-in through operations to load-out, maintaining Fever’s high standards of quality and guest experience. The manager will collaborate across departments and coordinate with local stakeholders to facilitate seamless event execution.
The role demands extensive hands-on leadership skills to manage local vendors, production crews, and front-of-house (FOH) teams. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with city-specific permits and regulations, coordinating with safety officers, and maintaining operational readiness. The Touring Production Manager will be highly involved in logistics, including staffing plans, equipment maintenance, transportation of gear, and troubleshooting real-time issues to guarantee show continuity and safety. With a competitive salary reflecting experience and a weekly rate of $1600 plus per diem, this position offers a unique opportunity to influence live entertainment on a national scale while traveling across the United States throughout the tour duration.
Candidates should be prepared to work in dynamic environments and outdoor settings, demonstrating strong organizational abilities, technical knowledge of event production, and excellent communication skills.
