Job Requirements
- Japanese/English bilingual proficiency

- willingness to work in hybrid environment with occasional office attendance
- availability for occasional overtime and weekend work
Job Qualifications

- basic PC skills including Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Plan and develop tour packages and itineraries
- coordinate daily tour operations and travel arrangements
- communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- manage tour schedules and update tour information in internal systems
- support client requests and maintain strong customer relationships
- negotiate with suppliers and partners
- assist with additional projects and operational support as needed
