This role is for a Japanese-English bilingual Tour Operations Coordinator who will work full-time in a remote capacity, primarily supporting tour planning and daily travel operations. The coordinator will play a pivotal role in crafting detailed tour itineraries and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for clients. Beyond itinerary creation, the role demands constant communication and coordination with customers, travel vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

The position is well suited for individuals with a passion for travel and tourism, strong organizational capabilities, and proficiency in both Japanese and English languages. Working hours follow Pacific Time from 8:45 am to 5:30 pm, with an hourly wage ranging between 20 and 22 dollars. The role offers a hybrid work environment, with occasional office visits in Torrance and flexibility for remote work. Some overtime and weekend work may occasionally be necessary to meet business needs.

The Tour Operations Coordinator will be tasked with managing multiple projects simultaneously, negotiating with suppliers, supporting client requests, and maintaining the accuracy of scheduling and tour information within internal systems.
