Compensation is provided as a flat pay rate without any additional per diem allowances.

The 2026 Touring Water Parade has two distinct tours: the Blue Tour and the Green Tour. The Blue Tour includes stops at Six Flags over Georgia in Austell, GA, Carowinds in Charlotte, NC, and Dorney Park in Allentown, PA, spanning from mid-May through late August. The Green Tour will feature performances at Kings Dominion in Doswell, VA, running from late June to mid-August.

The role being offered is for the position of Tour Manager, a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the artistic and technical execution of the Splash Water Parade at each participating venue. Reporting directly to the Tour Director, the Tour Manager ensures the flawless running of rehearsals, run-throughs, and live performances. Coordination with performers, technical crews, and park personnel forms a core part of the responsibilities, ensuring smooth production schedules and maintaining the artistic integrity of the show.

The Tour Manager will work closely with choreographers, musicians, and designers to uphold the creative vision while managing cast and crew performance standards, safety protocols, and logistical challenges in real-time. This includes troubleshooting on-site issues, scheduling rehearsals, managing travel and accommodations, and liaising with park authorities to comply with local policies and safety regulations.

In addition to artistic and operational duties, the Tour Manager will handle critical logistics such as equipment transport, show load-in, and breakdown procedures post-performance.
