Job Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to drive a parade float when necessary
  • 5-10 years of entertainment leadership experience
  • Proven management of diverse teams
  • Understanding of float operations and water effects
  • Familiarity with safety and compliance standards
  • Ability to interpret labor agreements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
  • Experience in theme park parades or large-scale outdoor performances preferred
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Extensive travel experience in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of logistics for multi-location tours

Job Qualifications

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
  • 5-10 years of experience in entertainment leadership in tours or theme park environments
  • Proven leadership managing diverse performance and technical teams under pressure
  • Strong understanding of float operations, show control, and water-based effects
  • Familiarity with live entertainment and touring show safety and compliance standards
  • Ability to interpret various contractual labor agreements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced with Windows-based computers and office software including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with theme park parades or large-scale outdoor performances
  • Proficiency coordinating with creative directors, performers, and technical teams
  • Extensive U.S. travel experience with air, ground, and hotel logistics
  • Knowledge of multi-location tour logistics including asset transportation and setup

Job Duties

  • Report to the Tour Director
  • Oversee artistic and technical aspects of the Splash Water Parade during each park run
  • Manage rehearsals, run-throughs, and live shows to ensure successful execution
  • Coordinate with performers, technical crews, and park personnel for smooth production schedules
  • Work directly with choreographers, musicians, and designers to maintain artistic vision
  • Conduct and supervise rehearsals and provide on-site direction to performers
  • Manage cast and crew performance, ensuring adherence to schedule, safety standards, and quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues in real-time
  • Coordinate travel and transportation bookings for cast and crew with Corporate teams and Tour Director
  • Confirm hotel accommodations ensuring proximity and comfort
  • Coordinate transportation of equipment, sets, costumes, and essential items between parks
  • Manage arrival and departure schedules for staff
  • Create and manage detailed rehearsal schedules for the tour
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and facilities are available for rehearsals
  • Provide weekly rehearsal reports to senior producers
  • Serve as primary contact with each park's local management to adhere to policies and safety guidelines
  • Liaise between production team and park staff regarding load-in, rehearsals, performance, and post-show operations
  • Oversee daily performance schedules ensuring timely arrival and preparation of performers
  • Maintain artistic integrity and quality throughout the tour
  • Handle unforeseen re-blocks in the absence of cast
  • Provide daily updates on show progress to senior management
  • Document incidents or challenges and propose solutions
  • Maintain communication with all team members regarding schedule or logistical changes
  • Ensure compliance with park health and safety regulations especially related to water effects
  • Organize safety meetings before each performance
  • Oversee breakdown and transport of equipment post-show
  • Ensure park assets are returned properly
  • Complete post-show reports with feedback
  • Maintain all tour documentation including travel, logs, schedules, and records
  • Adjust schedules for weather or unexpected delays
