  • 1-2 years in an administrative, customer service, or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, dependable, and adaptable

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or education preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM or internal database systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist Tour Coordinators with various admin tasks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about travel itineraries and logistics
  • Format and distribute flyers, itineraries, spreadsheets, and confirmations
  • Proofread appointments and confirmations for accuracy and alignment with itineraries
  • Handle outgoing mail and client documents
  • Book attractions and confirm reservations
  • Verify contracts, payments, and vendor documents
  • Purchase tickets and event passes online
  • Help prepare final travel packets for clients
  • Occasionally assist with on-site support for student tours or events
