We are currently seeking a Tortilleria Clerk for our Store #29 in Escondido, California. This role is integral to our Store Operations Team and plays a crucial part in sustaining the high standards of customer service and product quality that our shoppers expect. The Tortilleria Clerk is responsible for providing friendly, courteous, and helpful service within the Tortilleria department. This involves assisting customers, maintaining and stocking tortilla displays, and helping to prepare various tortillas and masa. This position requires a hands-on approach with physical tasks such as lifting, kneeling, and standing over extended periods, suited for a fast-paced grocery environment.

The starting pay rate for this full-time position is $17.75 per hour, reflecting our commitment to rewarding employees who contribute significantly to the store's success. A Food Handler Card or an equivalent certification is mandatory for this position, underscoring the importance of food safety and quality in all aspects of the role.
