Job Description
Legends Global is the premier hospitality partner to some of the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands. Operating with a fully integrated service model, Legends delivers exceptional experiences across every touchpoint, including hospitality, venue management, partnerships, merchandise, and live event operations. With a network of more than 450 venues worldwide, Legends hosts over 20,000 events annually and entertains approximately 165 million guests. The company thrives on ambitious thinking, collaboration, and bold execution, fostering an inclusive environment where team members are empowered to grow, contribute, and thrive. Recognized as a leading force in the hospitality industry, Legends Global is committed to creating unforgettable experiences and maintaining a winning mindset each day.
The Toledo Complex at Legends Global encompasses the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center, providing multifaceted venue operations. The role of Warehouse Supervisor is pivotal in supporting operational excellence across these venues. Reporting to the Concessions Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and support all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations at Legends Hospitality. This role involves extensive warehouse management, event preparation, inventory control, supplier coordination, and safety compliance.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage the Maintenance and Operations Warehouse, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and standards. Responsibilities include organizing and preparing equipment for events, inspecting returned equipment for damage, and implementing proper storage methods for materials and supplies. You will be charged with managing the inventory of tools and materials across all building storage areas, maintaining par levels, preparing and approving purchase orders, and keeping ongoing communication with staff to address material needs efficiently. Your role extends to overseeing loading dock operations, including incoming deliveries, cleanliness, and maintenance of dock equipment like roll doors and levelers.
This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. It requires critical thinking when solving practical problems and communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, employees, exhibitors, and patrons. The Warehouse Supervisor must be flexible with working hours, which may include long, irregular shifts encompassing evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience preferred. Familiarity with operating power tools and equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is highly desirable. The physical nature of this role means candidates must be able to perform strenuous activities including lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in varying environmental conditions. The position requires proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to navigate property work order systems.
Joining Legends Global means becoming part of an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer that embraces diversity and inclusion. The company encourages applications from Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans. By taking on the Warehouse Supervisor role, you will contribute to the seamless delivery of world-class event experiences, supporting Legends’ reputation for innovative hospitality solutions and operational excellence.
