Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of state and local health requirements related to food handling and alcohol service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to remain professional and guest-focused in high-volume environments
Job Qualifications

- Some college preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of state and local health requirements related to food handling and alcohol service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to remain professional and guest-focused in high-volume event environments
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite holders and single-game renters for all events hosted at accesso ShoWare Center
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service to all guests while maintaining a positive and engaging presence
- Prepare suites prior to each event, ensuring all food, beverages, and amenities are properly stocked, organized, and presentation-ready
- Monitor and replenish suite inventory throughout the event to maintain service standards
- Confirm all food and beverage items are prepared to standard, delivered accurately, and served in a timely manner
- Assist with catering functions and demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple service roles as needed, including bartender, server, suite runner, and catering support
- Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all local, state, and company alcohol service regulations
- Obtain required signatures from suite hosts for charges incurred during events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and service areas throughout the event
- Complete all closing tasks prior to departure
- Maintain availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
