The role available is for a Suite Attendant providing operational support across the Toledo Complex, which includes both the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center. This position is crucial as it serves as the primary point of contact for suite holders and guests during events. The Suite Attendant is responsible for ensuring service excellence, maintaining accuracy, and complying with all food safety and alcohol service regulations. The individual in this role plays an integral part in providing an exceptional hospitality experience by preparing suites before events, ensuring all amenities, food, and beverages are well stocked and arranged, and maintaining suite cleanliness throughout events. They also monitor suite inventory, assist catering functions, and flexibly support multiple service roles as the situation demands such as bartender, server, or suite runner.

Additionally, the Suite Attendant ensures all food and beverage items adhere to quality standards and are delivered promptly. They verify guest identification and uphold all local, state, and company alcohol service regulations. This position demands availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, matching the event schedule, and emphasizes teamwork and professional conduct in fast-paced high volume environments. Physical requirements include lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, navigating stairs and ramps, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
