Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact professionally with co-workers and guests
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to lift and carry 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Availability for extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Sufficient mobility for reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling
- Compliance with state and local health requirements for food handling and alcohol service
- Commitment to safe work habits and following company safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact professionally with co-workers and guests while ensuring compliance with company standards
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to work in an open-air environment in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, including navigating stairs and ramps
- Availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including frequent reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- Must meet all state and local health requirements related to food handling and alcohol service
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college preferred
- Commitment to practicing safe work habits and following all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead event-day concessions staff while maintaining direct interaction with guests
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and counseling of event staff
- Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory
- Train, educate, and enforce responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with corporate procedures
- Develop and uphold standards for guest service, sanitation, product quality, and food safety
- Ensure all cash handling and alcohol service procedures are properly documented and enforced
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure compliance with service standards, inventory procedures, and cash controls
- Conduct physical inventory audits, research discrepancies, and perform reconciliations as needed
