The role available is that of Beverage Supervisor at the Toledo Complex, which encompasses both the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center. This position provides crucial operational support across both venues. The Beverage Supervisor is tasked with directing all activities within the beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest service while maintaining operational efficiency and beverage quality. Additionally, the role requires strict compliance with all company and regulatory standards concerning beverage service. This is a dynamic leadership role that oversees inventory management, coordination of beverage orders, and works closely with concessions and warehouse supervisory staff to streamline beverage distribution. The Beverage Supervisor will also assist in the development and enhancement of the drink menu and beverage programs, ensuring high-quality presentation and marketing to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability. Training and development are key elements of the position, with responsibility for conducting beverage training programs and educating team members on state and local alcohol laws, responsible alcohol service, and guest-service expectations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced event environment and demonstrate strong organizational leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Job Requirements

Food & Beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred
Must maintain professional appearance, grooming, and hygiene standards
Must be punctual, dependable, and reliable
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
Ability to perform effectively for extended periods in high-volume event environments
Must be able to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Direct and oversee all beverage department operations
Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are properly accounted for
Coordinate the movement and distribution of beverages and equipment for concessions, restaurant, and catering operations
Support the overall operational and financial performance of beverage outlets
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service, presentation, and marketing to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability
Coordinate beverage orders with the Concessions Manager and/or Warehouse Supervisor
Assist with drink menu development and beverage program enhancements
Monitor beverage inventory levels and pricing daily, including updates to bar and beverage menus
Develop and conduct beverage training programs for Food & Beverage team members
Train staff on state and local alcohol laws, responsible alcohol service, and guest-service expectations
Maintain a safe and reliable environment for guests and team members
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting overall event operations
