The position of Beverage Supervisor at Legends Global’s Toledo Complex—comprising the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center—plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operational delivery across multiple beverage outlets within both locations. This role is essential in directing all activities within the beverage department with a focus on exemplary guest service, operational efficiency, beverage quality, and strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inventory management, coordinating beverage distribution, supporting financial and operational performance, and driving initiatives aimed at enhancing beverage programs and menus. Additionally, the role involves training and developing Food & Beverage team members on best practices, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service in compliance with local and state laws. Because the Toledo Complex hosts a variety of high-volume events, the supervisor must be capable of maintaining composure and efficient decision-making in fast-paced environments. The role also requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety. - Food and beverage and/or restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Direct and oversee all beverage department operations
- Conduct monthly inventory to ensure all alcoholic beverages are properly accounted for
- Coordinate the movement and distribution of beverages and equipment for concessions, restaurant, and catering operations
- Support the overall operational and financial performance of beverage outlets
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality, service, presentation, and marketing to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability
- Coordinate beverage orders with the Concessions Manager and/or Warehouse Supervisor
- Assist with drink menu development and beverage program enhancements
- Monitor beverage inventory levels and pricing daily, including updates to bar and beverage menus
- Develop and conduct beverage training programs for Food & Beverage team members
- Train staff on state and local alcohol laws, responsible alcohol service, and guest-service expectations
- Maintain a safe and reliable environment for guests and team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting overall event operations
