The role of Bartender at Toca Chida Casa Sociale is a key position responsible for elevating the bar program and enhancing the overall guest experience. Job Duties

  • prepare and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to recipes and guest requests
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • provide attentive and friendly service to guests engaging with them to enhance their dining experience
  • handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently including managing tabs and processing payments using Toast POS
  • monitor and manage daily inventory pars based on expected volume
  • create and complete prep lists
  • collaborate with other team members to uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence in both service and product quality
