Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience preferred

- ability to use ordering technology and third party delivery platforms
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile and friendly attitude
- promptly answer phones
- take orders over phone, in person and through tablets
- process guest orders and handle cash
- ensure correct packaging of all meals including guest needs and requests
- be knowledgeable of the food and beverage menu
- proficiently use third party delivery services
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- complete prep work and cleaning duties before, during and after shifts
- perform duties delegated by manager or supervisors
- correctly enter guest orders
- communicate effectively with guests, team members and managers
- stand and/or walk throughout shifts for long periods
