- ability to provide excellent customer service
- willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- recommend favorite menu items to guests placing to-go orders
- maintain clean and sanitized work and guest areas
- accurately take and process to-go orders
- ensure timely preparation and pickup of orders
- build positive connections with guests during order and pickup
- assist with any guest questions or concerns about menu or orders
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
