The To Go Specialist position at Red Lobster is integral to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The role involves welcoming customers with a warm smile, suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts, accurately taking and entering orders into the POS system, and carefully packaging prepared food and drinks to ensure completeness and safe transport. The To Go Specialist also handles the delivery of orders to customers both inside and outside the restaurant, manages payment transactions, and consistently thanks customers while inviting them to return. Moreover, strict adherence to all food safety standards is essential to maintain the high quality and safety Red Lobster is known for.
This position requires physical stamina and the ability to safely perform tasks such as bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, ranging from 8 to 12 hours per shift, and work effectively as part of a team with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask. Job Duties

- suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts

- carry or deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pick up and handle transactions
