The role of To-Go Specialist at Cracker Barrel is an essential part of this guest experience. The To-Go Specialist works in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in carrying the Cracker Barrel experience beyond the table. This position is guest-facing and requires multitasking, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. It is a tipped role, acknowledging and rewarding the excellent service provided. No prior restaurant experience is necessary, as Cracker Barrel offers comprehensive training through their industry-leading PAR program, designed to help new team members grow and succeed from day one.
