Job Requirements

- prior experience in a customer service or food service role
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Gather, package and check all takeout orders for accuracy
- interact directly with takeout guests whether as walk-ins or curbside service
- stock and maintain takeout areas for efficiency
- ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- maintain cleanliness and organization of takeout stations
- provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations
