Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Deliver friendly, accurate, sanitary and timely To Go Service
- Ensure all guest orders are prepared to exact Yard House standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of To Go area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve order issues professionally
- Assist in packaging and labeling orders for accuracy and safety
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
