Job Requirements
- Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- capable of standing for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work cooperatively in a team environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or food service is an asset
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- attention to detail and multitasking ability
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet all customers with a smile
- suggest the sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- pack food and beverage orders into appropriate containers ensuring orders are complete and safe for transport
- carry/deliver orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and process transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
