As a To Go Specialist at Red Lobster, you will play a pivotal role in the customer experience by ensuring that takeout orders are handled with accuracy, care, and excellent customer service. This position offers weekly pay, competitive salaries ranging from $16.90 to $25.00 per hour, and flexible scheduling to support your work-life balance. In this role, you will welcome customers warmly, suggest additional items such as beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their orders, and enter food and drink orders accurately into the POS system. You will be responsible for packing orders correctly in appropriate containers to ensure completeness and safety during transport. Whether delivering orders to customers inside the restaurant or facilitating order pickups in designated areas, your friendly demeanor and attentiveness will contribute to memorable service experiences. This position requires adherence to all food safety regulations, teamwork, and the ability to multitask effectively during busy shifts.

Physically, the role demands the capacity to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds, as well as the endurance to stand for 8 to 12 hours during a shift.
