Red Lobster is currently hiring a To Go Specialist to join their team. This role is vital for providing customers with a seamless takeout experience, ensuring their seafood meals can be enjoyed outside the restaurant with the same quality and care. The To Go Specialist will be the face of Red Lobster for takeout customers, responsible for greeting guests with a warm smile, accurately taking orders, and packing them carefully for safe transport. This position offers competitive weekly pay and flexible scheduling, alongside medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at under $10 per week. Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- strong communication skills

- basic familiarity with POS systems
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a smile
- suggest beverages appetizers and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into POS system
- pack food and drink orders in appropriate containers ensuring completeness and safe transport
- deliver or bring orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and manage transactions
- thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
