Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend reach stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience is an asset
strong communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
attention to detail
ability to work well in a team
basic familiarity with POS systems

Job Duties

Greet customers with a smile
suggest beverages appetizers and desserts
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into POS system
pack food and drink orders in appropriate containers ensuring completeness and safe transport
deliver or bring orders to customers inside and outside the restaurant for pickup and manage transactions
thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
