Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Recommend menu items to guests looking for to go orders
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of to go orders
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and guest touchpoints
- Build positive connections with guests during order taking and meal pickup
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues related to to go orders
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order quality and readiness
