Job Duties
- greet guests picking up to-go orders in a friendly and professional manner
- prepare and package takeout orders accurately and efficiently
- ensure all orders are complete and match the guest's request
- provide menu knowledge and recommendations when asked
- manage curbside pickup processes safely and promptly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the to-go area following all food safety standards
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding order status and guest needs
