- prior customer service or food service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- basic math and cash handling abilities
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- reliable and punctual
- capable of working flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and guest touchpoints
- accurately take and process guest orders
- ensure orders are prepared and ready on time for pick-up
- build positive connections with guests during order taking and pick-up
- manage to-go orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- maintain exceptional customer service standards
