Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Good manual dexterity and organizational skills
  • Must be able to handle cash and process payments accurately
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must pass background check

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously
  • Take and prepare to-go orders accurately
  • Ensure food packaging is complete and order is correct
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to expedite orders
