P.F. Chang's is currently hiring for full-time and part-time hourly positions at their To Go location, specializing in takeout, delivery, curbside pick-up, and catering orders. The roles available include Takeout / To Go Restaurant Line Cook, Wok Cook, and Station Chef. These positions are critical to the smooth operation of the kitchen and the overall guest experience. Employees in these roles are responsible for preparing food items according to the restaurant's established recipes and procedures while ensuring safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed. The pay range for these roles is competitive, ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • previous experience is not required
  • current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or ability to obtain
  • ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
  • excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs and continuously bend, reach and twist

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or ability to obtain Food Handler’s Card
  • a love for food and an eye for detail with cooking
  • knowledge of weights, measurements, and volumes
  • ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • knowledge of all chemicals used in the building
  • excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment
  • flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 30 lbs and continuously bend, reach, and twist

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food items to restaurant specifications
  • responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
  • assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
  • uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
