Job Description

Bahama Breeze is a vibrant restaurant known for bringing the flavors of the Caribbean to its guests through fresh, delicious cuisine and refreshing tropical drinks. As a Caribbean-inspired dining destination, Bahama Breeze prides itself on creating an environment where guests can relax, recharge, and feel as if they are on a one hour island vacation. The establishment emphasizes a culture that is fun, dynamic, and driven by team members who have a whatever-it-takes attitude. Working at Bahama Breeze means being part of a team that values service, quality, and a unique guest experience that keeps visitors coming back.

The To Go Host position at Bahama Breeze plays a pivotal role in extending the Caribbean escape experience beyond the restaurant walls by ensuring each to-go order is 100 percent accurate and delivered on time. This role focuses on providing exceptional curbside service to guests, making their experience convenient, friendly, and memorable. To Go Hosts act as the final touchpoint in the guest’s dining journey by preparing them for a carefree at-home dining experience and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at all guest touchpoints. The position demands attentiveness, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate genuine appreciation to guests as they depart.

This position offers variable pay dependent on location plus tips, creating an opportunity to earn competitive compensation while working in a lively hospitality environment. At Bahama Breeze, To Go Hosts receive a weekly paycheck, with additional benefits such as paid sick leave, flexible scheduling, health and wealth benefits, dining discounts, and chances for career advancement. Team members are supported in delivering their best work and encouraged to embody the happy-to-be-of-service mentality that defines the Bahama Breeze guest experience.

Ultimately, the To Go Host is essential in helping guests enjoy the island spirit in the comfort of their own homes by executing timely, accurate order delivery combined with courteous and efficient service. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy customer interaction, and are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
