We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Crew Members to join the To Go department. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers receive top-notch service from the moment they contact the restaurant to the timely completion and delivery of their orders. Compensation for this position ranges from $15 to $23 per hour, reflecting the company’s dedication to competitive pay and recognizing the value of its employees.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills. They should be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude while delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, answering phones promptly and professionally, providing accurate menu information, and taking precise food and beverage orders using the POS system. The Team Crew Member will also be responsible for packing and bagging orders carefully, processing payments, and coordinating with management to manage order volumes and delivery schedules effectively.
In addition to technical skills, the role requires a strong emphasis on communication and interpersonal skills, as every interaction with customers shapes their dining experience. The ideal team member must maintain the to-go area in a clean and well-stocked condition, demonstrating attention to detail and pride in their work environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years or older, possess high integrity, and display a willingness to obtain requisite certifications such as a food handler’s permit and TABC certification.

Job Duties
- Greet and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones promptly and professionally
- Possess menu knowledge and provide customers with an accurate and efficient experience
- Take accurate food and drink orders and correctly enter them into POS system
- Pack and bag orders
- Deliver checks and collect payment
- Coordinate with management on times, volumes and delivery availability
- Maintain to-go area of restaurant for cleanliness and stock materials accordingly
