The To-Go position at Walk-On's is a part-time, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Manager on Duty. This job is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and enjoy engaging directly with guests. As a To-Go team member, you will be a critical part of Walk-On’s gameday atmosphere, responsible for managing takeout orders with accuracy and a friendly attitude. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, taking orders, running food, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining space. Emphasizing excellent customer service, the role requires you to follow Walk-On’s established steps of service to ensure that guests receive a championship-level experience every time they visit.

Flexibility is paramount, as the position demands availability during nights, weekends, and gameday events. Even if you have no prior restaurant experience, Walk-On's welcomes eager individuals ready to learn and grow within the company. The role also requires physical stamina, including standing and walking for extended periods and carrying trays up to 25 pounds. Communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential, as you will be balancing multiple orders while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
