The role available is primarily for contagious hospitality professionals who are warm, friendly, and energetic. This position involves being the face of Silver Diner, connecting with guests, and promoting the innovative flexitarian menu crafted by award-winning Chef Ype Von Hengst. The role focuses on To-Go service, which is integral to the booming restaurant carry-out, online ordering, and delivery sector. Responsibilities include managing guest orders for carry-out, handling online platforms such as DoorDash and UberEats, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service at all times.

The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts available across the first, second, rotating, and weekend schedules, covering all days from Monday through Sunday. Weekend and holiday availability is required due to the nature of the restaurant business. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus tips, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests placing carry-out orders
  • Manage online orders and coordinate delivery services such as DoorDash and UberEats

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of To-Go services
