We are currently seeking To-Go Specialists to join our dynamic team at Chili's 1800 S Valley Mills Dr location. This role is designed for energetic and dedicated individuals who take pride in delivering fast, friendly, and efficient To-Go service to our guests. The To-Go Specialist position offers a flexible part-time or full-time schedule with the possibility for growth within the company. As a To-Go Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional experience for every guest placing an order for takeout. You will act as the first point of contact, providing knowledgeable assistance about the menu and helping guests place their orders in a courteous and efficient manner. Your role includes answering the phone promptly—within three rings, taking accurate orders through the POS system, and managing those orders effectively to ensure swift and precise service. Strong multitasking skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a dependable team-oriented mindset are essential traits for success in this role.
