Job Duties
- Receive and process takeout and delivery orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and packaged securely
- Verify order contents before handing off to customers or delivery drivers to prevent errors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the 'To Go' station and packaging supplies
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm order details and address any questions or concerns
- Assist in managing inventory levels of packaging materials and notify management when supplies are low
- Support delivery drivers by preparing orders for dispatch and providing necessary documentation
