This position is critical within the booming segment of To-Go and delivery services, including partnerships with platforms like DoorDash and UberEats. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests placing carry-out orders
- Manage online orders and coordinate delivery services such as DoorDash and UberEats
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all orders before they leave the restaurant
- Provide contagiously friendly and energetic customer service representing the Silver Diner brand
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
- Uphold company standards for guest satisfaction and food quality
