The position involves mentoring sales associates, coaching for peak performance, and modeling behaviors that reflect the brand’s high standards. You will be responsible for generating maximum sales efficiencies and ensuring sales volume targets are met or exceeded. This role requires a flexible schedule and a proven track record in timeshare sales. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring or supervising team members, along with a history of closing sales successfully or managing sales teams.
