This role is for a Teaming & Transitions (TnT) Lead within Raytheon's Technology Director Organization, part of RTX Engineering. The position is onsite in Tucson, Arizona, offering an employment opportunity that comes with the responsibility to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is mandatory. Salary for this role ranges from $107,500 to $204,500, reflective of experience and skill level, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The TnT Lead will play a critical role in advancing Raytheon's mission by driving collaboration between internal research and development teams and external small business tech partners. This position demands a blend of systems engineering expertise and strategic leadership in technology scouting and integration.

As the TnT Lead, the successful candidate will scout innovative, high-impact technologies by forging strategic partnerships with startups, incubators, universities, and small businesses. They will coordinate efforts across various internal portfolios including SBIR/STTR initiatives, IRAD programs, and advanced technology units.
