Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
strong communication skills
ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
valid driver’s license
clean driving record
ability to pass background check
ability to work full time
regular attendance
ability to conform to company policies regarding non-discrimination and harassment

Job Duties

Input all appointments in a timely manner
input manager confirmation calls
assist service advisors in answering customer questions regarding logistics and scheduling
help solve computer software and input problems to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports
call back missed appointments
assist parts and dispatch in rescheduling customers with special order parts
perform follow-up and report back to advisors and management
