The role of Front End Supervisor at TJ Maxx Store 1517 in Bossier City, LA, is a pivotal position within the retail operation, focused on promoting an exceptional customer experience and leading a team of associates to deliver outstanding service at the store's front end. This position is hourly with a competitive starting pay range of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour, determined based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required to meet business needs.

As a Front End Supervisor, you will oversee daily front-end operations, ensuring that associates provide prompt, courteous customer interactions while promoting TJ Maxx’s loyalty and credit programs. You will lead by example, actively engaging customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment that supports a positive shopping experience. Key responsibilities include assigning registers, coordinating associate breaks, addressing customer concerns promptly, training and mentoring team members, and supporting store shrink reduction and safety goals. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
