Job Description
The Green Bay Packers, an iconic professional football team known globally, not only excel on the field but also maintain a strong commitment to community engagement and facility management. The Packers organization operates in various capacities beyond football including the management of Titletown, a vibrant development featuring commercial, recreational, and community spaces. This ensures a dynamic and welcoming environment for fans, visitors, and residents alike. As part of this effort, the Packers seek dedicated team members to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of their expansive facilities, which include a variety of indoor and outdoor public areas such as TitletownTech, Fit building, Ariens Hill, Hy-Vee Plaza, Shopko Optical Playground, and Titletown Square.
This position is a part-time role, offering up to 29 hours per week, primarily during evenings and weekends, providing flexibility for those seeking supplementary employment. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across multiple sites managed by the Packers organization. Candidates will be part of a professional team contributing to an inviting atmosphere for all visitors, whether they are attending an event, enjoying outdoor recreational spaces, or working in office areas.
The core responsibilities include a comprehensive range of housekeeping and maintenance duties designed to ensure the pristine condition of restrooms, buildings, playground equipment, event spaces, furniture, and various outdoor environments. Employees in this role are expected to manage trash removal with proper disposal methods and recycling practices while safely handling cleaning products and chemicals. Additionally, maintaining stock and orderly storage of cleaning supplies is an essential element of the position.
Beyond routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and replenishing essential paper and soap supplies, team members will be responsive to housekeeping requests and calls, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Moreover, occasionally assisting with event setup—such as arranging tables, chairs, and tents—adds variety and responsibility to the routine duties.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and sometimes physically demanding environment. Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills are highly valued, alongside the physical stamina to meet the demands of the job which frequently involves bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
This position reports to the Titletown Facilities Assistant Manager and operates under a framework of professionalism with no supervisory responsibilities. Candidates must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license to be eligible for employment.
The Green Bay Packers organization is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without discrimination on any legally protected basis, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. Every applicant's resume will be carefully reviewed, and those who meet the qualifications will be contacted for an interview.
By joining the Green Bay Packers facilities team, employees become part of a respected organization with a proud tradition and a modern approach to community-focused development and facility management. This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work in a professional setting who enjoy ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming environments for the public and event attendees alike. The job offers the opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day operations that support one of the most recognizable sports franchises while maintaining a positive, guest-oriented atmosphere throughout various Titletown properties.
