Job Requirements
- Ability to reach, bend, climb, and lift on a frequent basis
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- regularly exposed to extreme outdoor weather conditions
- ability to climb stairs and ladders
- ability to push and/or pull heavy objects
- ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- operates in a professional environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous employment experience in event setup or housekeeping preferred
- possess a solid work ethic, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
- possess resourcefulness, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- must hold a valid Wisconsin driver's license
Job Duties
- Complete a variety of cleaning tasks both inside and outside
- remove trash from public areas and properly dispose of trash and recycling
- properly handle and use cleaning products and chemicals
- perform general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning restrooms, wiping solid surfaces, dusting, sweeping, mopping, replenishing soap and paper products
- maintain clean, orderly storage rooms and stock supplies appropriately
- respond to housekeeping calls and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- occasionally assist with setup of tables, chairs, tents for programs and events
- provide world-class service levels by maintaining a safe, inviting, and pleasant atmosphere
- other duties as assigned
