Job Description

Titletown is a premier, dynamic lifestyle and entertainment district adjacent to Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It offers a vibrant mix of outdoor spaces, eateries, shops, hotels, residential areas, and a year-round calendar of engaging events. The development aims to create a community hub where people can gather, celebrate, and enjoy memorable experiences in a beautifully designed park setting. Recognized for its family-friendly environment and strong connection to the Packers legacy, Titletown attracts locals and visitors alike who seek fun, recreation, and entertainment in all seasons. As a company, Titletown is committed to providing exemplary guest experiences by fostering an atmosphere of hospitality, safety, and inclusive community engagement.

The role of Events Staff at Titletown is crucial in representing the spirit and vibrancy of this unique venue. As an ambassador for Titletown, the Events Staff will play an instrumental role in facilitating various events throughout the year. This is a part-time, event-based paid position that requires flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and nights. Individuals in this position must be outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented, capable of standing and walking for prolonged periods while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all guests.

The staff members assist with event setup, breakdown, and execution to ensure each event runs seamlessly. Responsibilities include engaging with visitors by providing information and answering inquiries, supporting event activations which may involve handling waivers, equipment setup and troubleshooting. Events Staff are expected to have a good knowledge of Titletown’s offerings and events to effectively communicate with guests.

This role requires working independently by understanding and following event orders, but also demands teamwork to support the overall goals of the development. Staff must maintain organization of event equipment and assist management with special assignments as needed. No supervisory responsibilities are attached to this position, but it is vital that the Events Staff represent the Packers and Titletown brands with respect and professionalism. The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a lively, community-centered environment while providing meaningful guest support and contributing to the success of a wide array of exciting events throughout the year.
