The Oak View Group is currently seeking part-time Warehouse Runners for the upcoming VyStar Pavilion in Port Wentworth, Georgia, set to open in summer 2026. The VyStar Pavilion is an exciting new addition to the Southeast's entertainment landscape, featuring a 4,500-seat amphitheater complete with luxury suites, club seating, and exceptional food and beverage options. This venue is poised to attract a variety of national touring concerts, family shows, comedians, and other high-profile events, thus bolstering regional entertainment opportunities.

The Warehouse Runner position is essential to the smooth operation of concession services at VyStar Pavilion. This role involves stocking concession stands and portable locations, maintaining accurate inventory, proper goods rotation using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method, and helping ensure that all food and beverage items are fresh and readily available during events. Warehouse Runners will be responsible for receiving and organizing deliveries, maintaining warehouse upkeep through cleaning and organizing storage areas, and assisting the concessions team as needed. Employees in this role must maintain excellent attendance and exhibit a dependable, team-oriented mindset.

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, along with benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan and company matching contributions, even for part-time employees. The role requires flexibility, including weekend availability, and involves physical tasks such as frequently lifting heavy objects.
