Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is a globally recognized leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, established in 2015. The company is distinguished by its comprehensive approach, encompassing venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales across a diverse platform. OVG operates and manages seven world-class venues and serves an extensive client roster that includes some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions worldwide, spanning four continents. This expansive footprint highlights the company's commitment to delivering first-rate entertainment and hospitality experiences on a global scale.

Within this dynamic landscape, Oak View Group is excited to announce an opportunity for Warehouse Runners to join the team at the new VyStar Pavilion, located in Port Wentworth, Georgia. Scheduled to open in the summer of 2026, the VyStar Pavilion is a state-of-the-art 4,500-seat amphitheater featuring luxury suites, club seating, and exceptional food and beverage offerings. This venue is poised to become a premier entertainment destination in the Southeast, hosting a spectrum of events including national touring concerts, family shows, comedians, and more, thereby enriching the region's cultural and entertainment scene.

The Warehouse Runner role is a part-time, regular position designed to support concession operations efficiently during events held at the VyStar Pavilion. With an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, this role is integral to maintaining smooth concession stand operations by ensuring that all stands are well-stocked with fresh products and inventory is managed with precision. Responsibilities include receiving and organizing deliveries, rotating stock to maintain freshness, storing inventory properly in the warehouse while adhering to the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method, and assisting the concessions team as necessary.

Candidates for this position are expected to be dependable, team-oriented, and diligent in maintaining excellent attendance in line with company policies. A strong attention to detail is required, particularly in upholding company standards related to inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality. Warehouse Runners must ensure the cleanliness of all concession areas, manage warehouse upkeep tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas, and participate in monthly inventory counts. Additionally, candidates must help maintain the security of all storage spaces by ensuring proper locking and protection.

The VyStar Pavilion role offers a unique chance to work within a vibrant and fast-paced entertainment venue operated by a company that values diversity and inclusivity. Oak View Group fosters an environment that celebrates diverse backgrounds and promotes innovation, service excellence, and outstanding people development. This role is well-suited for individuals with 1-2 years of foodservice or hospitality warehouse experience, a flexible schedule that accommodates weekends, and the physical ability to handle heavy lifting. Food service certification and prior venue experience are considered assets.

Joining Oak View Group means becoming part of a team that is united in making a difference within the sports and live entertainment industries through disruption and innovation. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to fair employment practices and fostering a diverse workforce. Benefits for part-time positions include access to a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, supporting employees' financial well-being and future security. This opportunity is open until August 21, 2026, inviting motivated candidates ready to contribute to an exceptional new entertainment venue and become integral members of OVG's mission-driven culture.
