The Vystar Pavilion, a prominent venue managed by Oak View Group, is set to open in summer 2026 in Port Wentworth, Georgia. This state-of-the-art amphitheater features 4,500 seats, luxury suites, club seating, and an exceptional food and beverage program. The pavilion is designed to enhance entertainment offerings in the Southeast by hosting a wide variety of events including national touring concerts, family shows, comedians, and more. The Warehouse Runner position at Vystar Pavilion offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that supports the venue’s concession operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that concession stands are well-stocked, efficiently managed, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout events. The Warehouse Runner will play an integral role in receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, rotating stock to maintain freshness, and assisting the concessions team with various operational tasks. Employment in this role is part-time, offering an hourly wage between $17.00 and $19.00.

- 1-2 years of foodservice or hospitality warehouse experience
- Food service certification
- Flexible work schedule including availability on weekends
- Ability to lift heavy objects frequently

Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Follow company standards for inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
- Ensure cleanliness of concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Keep all storage areas and inventory neat, organized, and sanitary
- Deliver items as per requisitions and store inventory using FIFO method
- Maintain security of storage areas by ensuring proper locking
- Assist with monthly inventory counts
- Note inventory needs for upcoming events
