The Warehouse Runner position is a part-time role based at the new VyStar Pavilion in Port Wentworth, Georgia, and offers an hourly pay rate between 17 and 19 dollars. The VyStar Pavilion is a state-of-the-art amphitheater with a seating capacity of 4,500, featuring luxury suites, club seating, and top-tier food and beverage services. Slated to open in the summer of 2026, this venue aims to bolster entertainment offerings in the Southeast by hosting nationally renowned concerts, family shows, comedians, and a variety of other events.
As a Warehouse Runner, you will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of concession stands by managing inventory, stocking products, and assisting the concessions team during events. Your responsibilities will include receiving and organizing deliveries, rotating stock to maintain product freshness, and upholding strict company standards related to inventory control, sanitation, and presentation. Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment is essential to supporting the overall concessions operation. The ideal candidate should be dependable, team-oriented, and display a strong commitment to attendance and company policies.
The role involves physical activity such as heavy lifting and requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends as needed. Candidates with experience in food service, hospitality, or warehouse operations, especially within similar venues, will find this role a great fit. Food service certification is also preferred to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Maintain inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality standards
- Ensure cleanliness of concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Keep storage areas and inventory neat, organized, and sanitary
- Deliver items according to requisitions using the FIFO method
- Maintain security of all storage areas by ensuring they are properly locked
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Note any inventory needed for upcoming events
