Job Description

Oak View Group (OVG) is a globally recognized leader in live entertainment infrastructure and services, specializing in venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Since its founding in 2015, OVG has established a strong presence with a diverse portfolio that includes seven world-class owned venues and a prominent client base that features iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. The company is known for delivering high-quality entertainment experiences through its comprehensive and innovative approach to venue operations and event management.

This particular role is for part-time Warehouse Runners serving the 2026-2027 sports season at Colorado State University, specifically working at the CSU Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena located in Fort Collins, Colorado. This position offers an hourly wage ranging between $17.00 and $18.00, with additional tip eligibility, reflecting the value OVG places on these integral team members. Additionally, part-time employees benefit from a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions and accrue paid leave at a rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours annually.

The Warehouse Runner role is essential to the smooth operation of concessions services during the sports season, requiring keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness, inventory control, and product quality. Those hired will be responsible for setting up and restocking concession stands and portable locations, ensuring that all food products are rotated according to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method to maintain freshness. The role includes maintaining the cleanliness of concession areas and the warehouse, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage spaces. It also entails overseeing the security of storage areas by making sure all entrances are locked and secure.

Candidates must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks that involve extensive standing, walking, and lifting of heavy items, often in varying environmental conditions including cold weather, areas with elevated noise levels, and proximity to hot equipment. The ability to work in less-than-ideal environments, such as places with low carbon monoxide exposure and slippery surfaces, is also essential. Flexibility in working hours is required, with some weekend shifts as part of the schedule.

The mission of OVG goes beyond operational excellence; the company is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity as a key driver of innovation and quality service. This position not only provides the opportunity to join a global leader in live entertainment but also offers a chance to contribute to a team that actively supports diverse voices and inclusivity. The Warehouse Runner role at Colorado State University is a dynamic opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about contributing to memorable live event experiences.
