Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice or hospitality
- food service certification
- flexible work schedule including some weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy objects frequently
- ability to work in both weather-related and non-weather-related cold environments
- comfort in areas with low levels of carbon monoxide exposure
- willingness to work around hot equipment and surfaces
- capability to maintain safety on slippery surfaces
- tolerance for elevated noise levels environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice or hospitality
- experience in a similar venue is a plus
- food service certification
- flexible work schedule must be able to work some weekends
- capable of maintaining safety and productivity on wet or slippery surfaces
- tolerance for working in environments with elevated noise levels
Job Duties
- Set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- attention to detail including company standards of inventory control sanitation presentation and quality
- ensure the cleanliness of all concession stands by removing all trash and recyclables
- responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process to ensure the freshest products are being served to guests
- responsible for the upkeep of the warehouse including sweeping mopping organizing storage areas and cleaning commissary dishes
- keeping all storage areas and inventory in neat organized and sanitary condition as directed
- deliver items according to requisitions and place inventory in a proper fashion using the FIFO method of rotation
- responsible for maintaining the overall security of all storage areas by ensuring that all areas are properly locked and protected
- assist with monthly inventory as directed
- make note of any inventory that is needed to complete upcoming events
