Job Duties
- Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
- Maintain company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
- Ensure concession stands are clean by removing trash and recyclables
- Rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
- Maintain warehouse upkeep including sweeping, mopping, organizing, and cleaning commissary dishes
- Keep storage areas neat, organized, and sanitary
- Deliver items according to requisitions using FIFO rotation method
- Maintain security of storage areas by ensuring proper locking and protection
- Assist with monthly inventory as directed
- Make note of inventory needs for upcoming events
