Job Description
Oak View Group (OVG) is a premier global leader specializing in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services. Founded in 2015, the company has rapidly established itself as a key player in the entertainment industry by offering a comprehensive platform that spans venue development, management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. This wide-reaching influence underscores Oak View Group's commitment to enhancing live entertainment experiences worldwide through innovation and excellence.
Located at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Connecticut, Oak View Group is inviting applications for the position of Warehouse Runner on a seasonal, part-time basis. This role is crucial to the success of concession operations at the venue and plays an essential part in ensuring that products are consistently available and well-stocked during event days. The position is seasonal, beginning August 24, 2026, and concluding November 30, 2026, with an hourly wage of $18.00. Applications for this role will be accepted until October 23, 2026.
As a Warehouse Runner, individuals will be responsible for supporting the concession teams by managing inventory, organizing deliveries, and maintaining the warehouse's cleanliness and orderliness. This dynamic role involves receiving stock, rotating food products to guarantee freshness using the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method, and assisting with inventory control. Warehouse Runners also ensure concession stands and portable locations are properly stocked and meet company standards related to sanitation, presentation, and quality. Additionally, they maintain the overall security of storage areas by ensuring they are locked and protected.
The job requires dependable, organized, and team-oriented candidates with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent attendance. Given the physical nature of the work, candidates must be able to lift heavy objects frequently and work a flexible schedule including weekends. The role also involves maintaining high standards in cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing within the commissary to uphold a safe and sanitary working environment.
Oak View Group proudly fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace, recognizing that innovation and excellence are driven by celebrating different backgrounds and perspectives. The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and ensures a nondiscriminatory hiring process that supports all candidates regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
