The part-time Warehouse Runner position at Colorado State University’s campus under Oak View Group is an essential role within the concessions and warehousing team. This role focuses on supporting smooth concession operations by efficiently stocking stands, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring the availability of all products during events. The Warehouse Runner is responsible for receiving and organizing deliveries, rotating stock using the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method, maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage and warehouse areas, and assisting the concessions team as needed. Working closely with the team, the Warehouse Runner helps maintain quality, sanitation, and inventory standards while upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional service.

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $17.00, with eligibility for tips as well. The role is suited for dependable and team-oriented individuals who can maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies. Candidates must be physically capable of frequently lifting heavy objects and must be flexible to accommodate work schedules, including weekends and all seven Colorado State University home football games during the 2026 season.   • 1-2 years of relevant foodservice or hospitality warehouse experience

Job Duties

  • Help set up and stock all concession stands and portable locations
  • maintain company standards of inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality
  • ensure cleanliness of concession stands by removing trash and recyclables
  • rotate food products during stocking to ensure freshness
  • upkeep warehouse including sweeping, mopping, organizing storage areas, and cleaning dishes
  • keep storage areas and inventory neat, organized, and sanitary
  • deliver items according to requisitions using FIFO rotation
  • maintain security of storage areas by ensuring they are properly locked
  • assist with monthly inventory
  • note inventory needed for upcoming events
